Deluge is not downloading torrents

The same torrents work on my main pc. bltadwin.ru It's better to rename deluge directory to deluge_old and after fresh start (deluge creates all default config dir and files), shut down deluge and daemon copy all your torrents files from ~/.config/deluge_old/state dir to ~/.config/deluge/state, start deluge again - all your previous torrents return and will be add to seeding after re-check.
