Unable to download minecraft native launcher project ozone

Im having a problem with Curse Project Ozone modpack. its always crashing on minecraft launcher and its says: and i tried to re-install the modpack its self, Curse, and even Java. but still not working. theres the code.  · When I start the modpack everything goes fine and it opens the minecraft launcher. Yet when I push play on that, it goes for minute, then stops while giving me the option to push play again, which only repeats the process.  · 2. . #5. When i try to install Project Ozone 2, 3 and most other packs i get the 'an exception occurred during a Web Client request', I've tried uninstalling twitch and reinstalling and i've tried installing it multiple times and every time its the same error, can someone please provide a fix.

The new avast stopped either the Native or Jar launcher from working, so before I knew it was this, I updated my Java to the latest version, that hasn't worked.
